KW Knitters’ Fair 2019

  • by

This year marks the second year I will be participating in the KW Knitters’ Fair in Kitchener. This is an awesome event for yarn lovers and vendors alike. The venue for the KW Knitters’ Fair 2019 is large, well organized and the event coordinators work hard to curate a good variety of vendors. I hope you will make time in your busy schedules to attend. If you do, stop by my table in the Mirco Market and say hello.

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Margaret and Shelagh of The Three Sisters Knit Podcast. I met these lovely ladies again this year when they stopped by my table at the Kawartha Yarn and Fibre Festival. Shelagh fell in love with my baby alpaca, cashmere and silk yarn. She couldn’t stop touching it and ended up buying a skein. She chose to make the Spring Rain Shawl with the skein she bought. I have been watching their podcast to see how she has been progressing with the shawl.  I’m delighted to say in Episode 67 Shelagh reveals the finished product. I’m so happy with how happy she is with my yarn! This yarn is not only soft but it has beautiful stitch definition! I’ve included the podcast that features the finished shawl here for you to see. If you’d like a skein of our super soft and yummy yarn check out my shop!

If you’d like to feel this super soft, beautiful yarn, stop by my table for a squeeze!
