Progress Keepers for Knitting

  • by

The weather outside is frightful today. It’s snowing and blowing and the temperature is the lowest its been all winter. However, I’m warm and cozy inside having fun being creative. I’ve been busy making progress keepers for this weekend’s show, Market at the Rink. Progress keepers are great to use when a pattern requires that you count rows/rounds knit and I love using them when casting on stitches for a project. They make counting cast on stitches super easy. The lobster claw can be easily opened and attached to a knitted stitch. The opening of the claw is big enough to fit onto a US 10 (6mm) knitting needle.

Do you have progress keepers in your stash of knitting notions? If so, what do you like about them and how do you enjoy using them?

If you’d like to add some of these pretties to your notions stash, send me a note. Each progress keeper is $3.00 CDN and shipping costs may apply.
