Fast and Pretty Chunky Yarn Knits

I really enjoy a fast and pretty chunky yarn knit. Chunky yarn knits up so quickly and provides a wonderful feeling of accomplishment with a minimal time requirement.

I’ve recently starting dying yarn on a chunky base (100% SW merino) which is super soft, warm and squishy. Dying chunky yarn is fun because it takes up the dye differently then the yarn bases I usually dye.

This past autumn I fell in love with the Aubrey Beanie and ended up making a couple. The hat knit up quickly and the results were lovely. The pattern looks good made with variaged yarn and solids. I am especially fond of it made up in a natural/white colorway.

Last week was rather cold in my neck of the woods and I decided I would take some time curating a list of fast and pretty chunky yarn knits to share with you. I hope you like them!
